•I have been selling residential real estate over 20 years.
•Prior to entering the residential real estate arena, I spent 15 years managing and leasing commercial property.
•Through my extensive background in real estate, I have developed a practical business sense that enables me to assist clients with confidence and efficiency.
•My goal is to make each transaction personable yet professional for all parties involved.
I drive a LOT!
During my years in the Real Estate Business, I have represented Buyers and Sellers all over the Greater Houston area.
I spend a lot of time driving up and down the Katy freeway, from Katy to the Energy corridor to the Houston Heights. I have also spent time selling on Galveston Island and (my newest adventure) land sales west of the Houston area. No matter what area of town, I have been there and done that!
I'm a Professional
Real Estate is always changing! It's important to stay informed!
•To stay informed, I spend time volunteering on committees with Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association (HIREBA.org).
•I have earned the professional designations such as; GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) & I am a Certified Relocation Specialist.
•Previously, I taught Continuing Education classes to my peers in the industry.
