Contract to close Service

1. Submit executed documents to Title company.

2. Calendar of Events

Prepare calendar showing important dates in contract.

3. Net Sheet

Prepare an estimated analysis of Buyer costs to close.

4. Earnest Money & Option Fee

Coordinate with Buyers to deliver agreed fees.

5. Inspection & other activities

Coordinate time & date for home inspector & repairmen, if requested by Selling Agent.

6. Contract Amendment

Prepare Amendments after Inspection (if necessary), coordinate signatures between Buyer and Seller. Submit to Title Company.

7. Appraisal, Title Commitment, HOa Documents

Notify Lender after Option Period to proceed with Appraisal.
Follow-up with Title company of status of Title Commitment.
Order HOA Documents if required by Contract.

8. Home Warranty

Order Home Warranty if required.

9. Walk-Through & Buyer Information

Prepare Document and coordinate time and date for Buyer final walk.
Confirm location of keys and utility information for Buyer.

9. Closing

Prepare Selling Agent's CDA.
Schedule closing, if requested by Selling Agent.
Confirm closing statement is sent to Selling Agent.

Service Cost $300 per offer.
