1. Receive offers for agent, and if necessary, compare terms of multiple offers for Listing Agent.
2. Upon acceptance of the Offer to Purchase, send fully executed documents to the Title Company.
3. Create a calendar of events for all parties (if requested).
4. Remind Agent of essential dates in the contract.
5. Follow up with Lender on status of appraisal, buyer loan and closing documents.
6. Follow up with Title on status of Title Commitment, HOA documents, closing, etc.
7. Confirm Buyer has ordered survey if required.
8. Send Amendments to Title & Mortgage.
9. Schedule closing.
10. Prepare CDA for closing.
